为较大暴力冲击颅盖部所致。暴力与头部接触面积广,形成多条骨折线,分隔成多块骨碎片,有些骨折片互相重叠,有些轻度陷入。局部脑膜撕裂和脑组织常有广泛的挫裂伤,也可并发各类型的颅内血肿,癫痫发生率也较高。
