方法2002～2005年在重庆市第三人民医院老年科门诊就诊和住院治疗的老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者30例,与之相匹配的老年非糖尿病患者30例,对所有入选患者进行老年认知功能量表测试,并对结果进行t-test分析。

补充资料：老年性甲状腺功能亢进症
老年性甲状腺功能亢进症
常表现为淡漠型甲状腺功能亢进症或隐蔽型甲状腺功能亢进症等不典型的类型。临床特点为起病较隐袭，全身症状较重而眼病和高代谢症群表现较少，常突出表现为某一系统症状，一般以心血管和胃肠道症状多见。如心绞痛、心律紊乱、心力衰竭、食欲减退、腹泻和体质消瘦等。由于消瘦较为明显，常被误诊为癌症。此外患者可有表情抑郁淡漠、乏力、全身衰竭。治疗多采用放射碘治疗及抗甲状腺药，并辅以支持对症疗法。
