肝风
肝风 病证名。 ①肝受风邪所致的疾患。《素问·风论》：“肝风之状，多汗恶风，善悲，色微苍，嗌干，善怒，时憎女子、诊在目下，其色青。”《圣济总录》卷四十一：“若肝藏气虚，不能荣养，则为风邪所侵，搏于筋脉，荣卫凝泣，关节不通，令人筋脉抽掣疼痛，以至眩闷口眼偏斜。”《奇效良方》治风中于肝，用射干汤。《太平圣惠方》治肝风筋脉拘挛，用羚羊角散。 ②肝风内动的病证。证见眩晕、痉厥、四肢抽搐。《素问·至真要大论》：“诸风掉眩，皆属于肝。”《临证指南医案·肝风》华岫云按：“倘精液有亏，肝阴不足，血燥生热，热则风阳上升，窍络阻塞，头目不清，眩晕跌仆，甚则瘈疭痉厥矣。”
