肝恶风 生理学名词。恶，即厌恶。肝为风木之脏，风气偏盛易引动肝风，出现眩晕、抽搐、动摇等动风之症，故恶风。《素问·宣明五气》：“五脏所恶，肝恶风。”马莳注：“肝属木，其性与风气相通，而感风则伤筋，故恶风。”
