一种病因未明的皮肤病。过去认为是血源皮肤结核,目前认为是一种非结核性的皮肤病,但病因仍未阐明。好发于青壮年,皮损散在于面部、特别是口腔周围,无融合倾向。基本损害为黄红色针头大小至绿豆大小的小结节,质地坚实,有时柔软,中心有坏死。本病可自行消退,抗结核治疗无效,愈后往往留下有色素性萎缩的瘢痕。
