上迎香 上迎香 经外穴名。出《银海精微》。别名鼻通、鼻穿、穿鼻，位置缺如。近代定位在面部，当鼻翼软骨与鼻甲的交界处，近鼻唇沟上端处。布有筛前神经，滑车下神经，眶下神经分支和面动、静脉。主治过敏性鼻炎，肥大性鼻炎，萎缩性鼻炎，鼻旁窦炎，鼻息肉，烂弦火眼，感冒头痛等。沿皮刺0.5-1寸。
