尿道下裂
hypospadias
一种先天性尿道畸形。较常见。在胚胎期，尿道沟自后向前闭合，如发育障碍，闭合不全，就形成尿道下裂。有尿道下裂时，阴茎也常发育不良，又因尿道海绵体发育不全和纤维变性引起阴茎向腹侧弯曲。临床上按尿道口位置分为冠状沟型、阴茎型、阴茎阴囊型及会阴型。冠状沟型及轻度阴茎下弯的阴茎型尿道下裂，可不影响正常的生理功能。严重的尿道下裂如后两型，则影响正常排尿及日后的生育功能。须手术治疗。
