Objective To investigate the etiopathogenisis of hypospadias through the establishment of congenital hypospadias model in mice and the stimulation of epidermal growth factor(EGF) in mice phallus with hypospadias using human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG).
目的 建立先天性尿道下裂动物模型,探讨先天性尿道下裂形成的病因,研究外源性人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)对先天性尿道下裂小鼠阴茎皮肤表皮生长因子(EGF)的影响。

龟头部尿道下裂
病名。系尿道下裂的一种类型。指尿道口开口于正常位与冠状沟之间的包皮系带处者。系带常缺如，开口部很小，常呈裂隙状。龟头多为扁平，向腹侧弯曲。在正常尿道开口处常有一小窝或盲管。龟头腹侧无包皮，龟头背侧包皮过长，呈头巾状。此尿道下裂为最轻型，同时也是最常 见的。它很少引起性功能紊乱。可站立排尿，如用手提高阴茎，能控制尿 流方向，一般不影响勃起与性交。诊断与治疗详见尿道下裂条。
