性质:又称山慈茹甙A。无定形固体或无色糖浆状物。旋光度+64°(c=1.0,水)。易为稀酸和稀碱水解,水解后苷元立即环合成山慈菇内酯。放置日久易起酰基重排反应,苷元由C1—OH转至C6—OH上,同时失去抗霉菌作用。本品存在于百合科植物郁金香(Tulipa gesneriana L.)的雌蕊、茎和叶等植物中。本品有抗霉菌活性,对枯草杆菌的完全抑制浓度为l00μg/ml。
