性质:又名乙胺碘呋酮,安律酮,胺碘达隆。类白色至淡黄色结晶性粉末,几乎无臭,无味,熔点153~156℃;易溶于氯仿,溶于乙醇,微溶于丙酮,几乎不溶于水。本品经邻羟基苯甲醛为原料制得。治疗多种心律失常、心绞痛等。并对预防复发性的阵发性房颤或房扑,阵发性室上性心动过速等症均有较好的疗效。制剂为片剂。
