又称"嗜银细胞瘤"。是一类发生于小肠、阑尾、胃或大肠的限局的黄色肿瘤。起源于由神经嵴发生的嗜银细胞。有恶变的趋势。近年认为类癌属于来源于APUD细胞系统的APUD瘤。以手术治疗为主或采用化学、放射、支持等疗法。
