Objectives: To review the diagnosis and treatment of septate uterus, while referring to the recently abroad ideas about complete septate uterus with cervical duplication.
目的：通过复习病历，评价在临床实践中完全纵隔子宫双宫颈这一特殊类型纵隔子宫的诊断和治疗情况，同时结合近年国内外相关基础研究和临床实践总结，为给患者制定合理的诊疗计划提供参考意见。

纵隔子宫
子宫外形正常，在宫底至宫颈内口甚至宫颈外口有一纵隔。将宫腔完全隔为两部分者为完全纵隔，而纵隔将宫腔未完全隔开者为不全纵隔。详见附图。经子宫输卵管碘油造影或子宫镜检查可确诊。患者因纵隔子宫反复流产者应手术切除纵隔。
