| 太阴病 伤寒六经病之一。外感病病程中，病邪入阴的第一阶段，为中焦阳气虚衰，脾胃机能减退，寒湿不运所表现的证候 。性质为里虚寒。太阴病的成因，一为传经，三阳病而中气虚者，每易转为脾胃虚寒的证候；二为直中，由于里阳素虚 ，起病即见虚寒证候；三为误治，苦寒泻下太过克伐里阳。太阴病临床表现为腹满而吐，食不下，自利，时腹自痛，舌苔白腻，脉沉缓而弱。腹部胀满疼痛，是阳明病、太阴病共有症状，但虚则太阴，实则阳明，阳明病腹满痛不减而拒按 ，大便燥结，为里实；太阴病腹满痛时发时止，喜温喜按，腹泻较甚，为里虚寒。由于中焦虚寒，邪从寒湿而化，故食不下或自利，口不渴。治宜温中散寒，方如理中汤。 |
