| 截肢 amputation 离段肢体的治疗手段。目的是借助截肢以挽救生命及截除坏死的肢体。手术指征为严重创伤不适于再植或肢体坏死，由于感染、冻伤、烧伤、电击伤、周围血管疾患或代谢性疾患而引起的肢体坏死，以及无功能的畸形肢体或不适于安装假肢的残肢。肿瘤截肢时既考虑手术的彻底性，也要尽量保留肢体的运动功能。原则上，截肢不可轻率应用，应保留肢体的最大长度，尽可能为今后安装假肢考虑。截肢术后应指导残肢的功能锻炼和假肢的使用。 |
