The Analysis on the Importance of the Practical Intensive Training Secondary Vocational Education;

This research paper starts with the problems in the talent-training mode of secondary vocational education and falls into five parts to analyze them, then bring forward KAQ mode - the talent-training mode of complex applicable thought comparing the talent-training mode of our country with the talent-training mode of foreign country.

Vocational education has the condition and possibility to work out the key answer, so there suppose to be a shift in the vocational education running-concept in order to make contributions to the development of the social economy in the countryside.

The development of vocational education is an issue concerned by our nation and local education departments,but its suitable development mode has been not found yet.

With the rapid development of middle vocational education,many difficulties as shortage of practical and logistic equipment,teacher shortage,backward teaching staff with multiple professional abilities construction,suspicious work-study program,large enrollment difference etc.

This article reveals the limited problem about the resource dimensions of the secondary vocational education by analyzing the twe aspects-supply and demand offer it,and it expounds that the steps for reform must be quickened to realize the dramatic development for the secondary vocational education.
