Purpose: To improve upon traditional thoracic incision ,the feasibility of subaxillary small incision in the resection for the primary peripheral lung carcinoma was explored.
目的：为了改进传统开胸手术切口，探索腋下小切口实施原发性周围型肺癌切除术的可行性。

后腋下 经外穴名。《千金要方》：“一切瘰疬，……灸患人背两边腋下后纹上，随年壮。”《类经图翼》列作经外穴，外后腋下。近代《腧穴学概论》名后腋。在腋后纹头处。主治颈项瘰疬，肩背挛急不举，喉风喉痹等。直刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸3-7壮；或艾条灸5-15分钟。
