Methods The data of 100 cases with spontaneous pneumothorax were analyzed,including 50 cases using minimally invasive surgery(35 video-assisted thoracic surgery,of which 15 of limited axillary thoracotomy),and 50 cases using traditional surgery.

后腋下 经外穴名。《千金要方》：“一切瘰疬，……灸患人背两边腋下后纹上，随年壮。”《类经图翼》列作经外穴，外后腋下。近代《腧穴学概论》名后腋。在腋后纹头处。主治颈项瘰疬，肩背挛急不举，喉风喉痹等。直刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸3-7壮；或艾条灸5-15分钟。
