方法 老年前列腺摘除术患者 110例 ,取坐位选L2～ 3 或L3～4间隙行蛛网膜下腔穿刺 ,穿刺针达蛛网膜下腔脑脊液通畅流出 ,用 0 5%布比卡因重比重液 3～ 3 5ml以 3 0～ 40秒恒速注入 ,观察麻醉效果、患者反应及血压变化。

会阴前列腺切除术
经会阴入路，于直肠前显露前列腺包囊后壁，切开并切除前列腺。主要优点是手术范围不大，损伤小，对全身影响较小，但此切口较小，显露较差，不易止血，手术操作困难，易发生直肠损伤。现很少采用。
