手术名。适于前列腺增生症所致之尿路梗阻症状明显，如排尿困难，夜尿频繁，膀胱代偿功能减退，残余尿量增多(75～100ml)者。发生急性尿潴留，合并膀胱结石、膀胱憩室、尿路感染或肾功能减退需提早手术。手术方式可用：①经尿道前列腺切除术；②经耻骨上前列腺切除术；③经耻骨后前列腺切除术；④经会阴前列腺切除术。上法各具利弊，主要依据病人具体情况及术者熟练程度选择之一。详见各条。
