Objective: In an attempt to develop a new method which is of the biomechanical properties as well as simple and cheap to treat the fractures at the distal or middle 1/3 part of the femoral shaft.
方法 :选择两根适当型号的普通梅花针 ,在远端适当预弯后制成弧形并相扣在一起 ,使其在击入股骨髓腔后在冠状面形成“X”形 ,远端插入股骨的两髁中 ,此方法应用于 5 0例股骨干中下段骨折病例。
