Objective:To summerize the clinical experience that application of three dimensional multifunctional external fixator and internal fixation of fibula combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy for open unstable fracture on middle and lower 1/3 of tibia and fibula.
方法:小切口直视下复位腓骨简单钢板固定,应用外固定架固定配合中药治疗胫腓骨中下1/3不稳定开放骨折21例。
