Through transmissive electronic microscope,the ultrastructure of lymphatic sinus of healthy Peking ducks of 6 weeks of age was investigated.
采用透射电镜对6周龄健康北京鸭淋巴结中淋巴窦超微结构进行了研究,结果显示:被膜下淋巴窦窦壁由单层扁平淋巴内皮细胞及突起所组成,相邻细胞突起间呈重叠状并出现紧密连接。

属Ⅱ类组织细胞增生症。其特点是发热、白细胞增多、颈淋巴结肿大。病理改变为淋巴结包膜下及髓窦组织细胞增生，光镜下很似朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症，但电镜下不见Birbeck颗粒，CDIa阴性。病变不侵犯骨骼、肝、脾、肺、皮肤等组织，仅限于淋巴结。可有暂时性免疫功能低下。非恶性肿瘤。预后较好。对有严重淋巴结破坏者，化疗效果较好。
