肝阴虚 病证名。又称肝阴不足。指肝脏阴液亏虚的证候。多由气郁化火，肝病及温热病后期耗伤肝阴，或肾阴不足所致。症见眩晕耳鸣，胁痛目涩，五心烦热，潮热盗汗，口燥咽干，或手足蠕动，经闭经少等。治宜滋阴养肝为主。肝阴虚不能潜阳，多致肝阳上亢或虚风内动。参肝阳上亢，虚风内动条。
