指低分子物质,如无机离子、尿素、葡萄糖等所形成的渗透压。正常人在体温37℃时,血浆晶体渗透压约0.77kPa(5.776mmHg),主要由氯化钠构成。晶体渗透压在维持细胞的正常容积和形态上十分重要,在水代谢上亦有意义。
