做法
将麦冬、天冬、熟地、生地、人参洗净,麦冬、人参切薄片,把全部用料放入炖盅内,加开水适量,炖盅加盖,文火隔水炖3小时,调味即可,饮汤吃猪脊髓、人参。每天1料。
功效
滋阴补髓,颐养容颜。用于气血不足、容颜无华,或阴虚内热之潮热心烦、肾阴亏虚面有暗斑者。
