结果 :侧脑室引流组基本痊愈 17例 ,显著进步 2 9例 ,进步 5例 ,死亡 9例 ,病死率为 15 。

脑室引流术
ventricular drainage
为在侧脑室内置引流管，接于脑室引流装置上行持续或间断脑脊液引流以降低颅内压。在有颅内压增高病例，手术前、术中及术后均可应用。方法：按脑室穿刺法作侧脑室穿刺(多采用前额穿刺)，脑针进入脑室后换8号橡皮导尿管或硅胶管(在前端1～2cm内作侧孔数个)按脑室深度插入，见脑脊液流出后再深入2～3cm，用丝线将引流管固定在头皮上，缝合头皮。将引流管接于无菌的引流装置上。
