corticosteroid osteonecrosis
系长期大量使用肾上腺皮质激素引起骨的缺血性坏死。多发于股骨头，患髋痛，活动受限。CT、MRI或99mTc骨扫描可较早期发现病灶。较晚期X线摄片可见骨坏死征象。早期应避免负重，高压氧治疗，血管扩张药应用。病情严重者，可考虑手术治疗，可钻孔减压，集束血管植入，截骨术、关节融合术或人工关节置换术。
