【性状】
本品为肠溶片，除去肠溶衣后显白色。
【鉴别】
（1）取本品，除去肠溶衣后，研细，称取适量（约相当于双氯芬酸钠0.25g，加乙醇 10ml，振摇使双氯芬酸钠溶解，滤过，取滤液作为供试品溶液。另取双氯芬酸钠对照品适量，加乙醇 溶解并制成每1ml中 含25mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅴ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各10μl，分别 点于同一 硅胶CF254薄层板上，以醋酸乙酯-氯仿-冰醋酸（25:25:0.2）为展开剂，展开后，晾干，置紫外光灯 （254nm） 下检视。供试品溶液所显主斑点的颜色和位置，应与对照品溶液的主斑点相同。 （2）取含量测定项下的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），于240～300nm的波长范围内测定吸 收度，在 284nm的波长处有最大吸收。 （3）本品的水溶液显钠盐的鉴别反应（附录Ⅲ）。

应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品20片，除去肠溶衣后（薄膜衣肠溶片可不除包衣），精密称定，研细，精密 称取适量 （约相当于双氯芬酸钠50mg，置100ml量瓶中，加乙醇70ml，振摇使双氯芬酸钠溶解，加乙醇稀释至刻 度， 摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液2ml，置另一100ml量瓶中，加乙醇稀释至刻度，摇匀，照分光光度法 （附录Ⅳ A），在284nm的波长处测定吸收度；另精密称取在105℃干燥至恒重的双氯芬酸钠对照品50mg，同法测 定， 计算，即得。
