非淋菌性尿道炎
nongonococcal urethritis
    由沙眼衣原体或分解尿素支原体引起的非化脓性尿道炎。是性传播疾病。初起常为尿道轻度痒、痛，尿道口红、有粘液。还可并发前列腺炎、附睾炎。女性症状少，可并发宫颈炎、前庭大腺炎、子宫内膜炎、输卵管炎、盆腔炎等。本病比淋病更多见，好发于中、青年性活跃期，且常与淋病合并存在。其潜伏期比淋病长，约2周至数月。分泌物镜检有较多白细胞而无淋球菌。治疗可用四环素类药物，如强力霉素、二甲基四环素，还可用泰利必妥，疗程较长。
