目的:探讨正畸治疗在骨牵引成骨术治疗成人骨性安氏II类错的方法和特点。

骨痂
病理学术语。骨折修复过程中,在骨折端出现的新生骨组织。骨的再生依靠骨外膜和骨内膜的成骨细胞增生。骨折后,两断端的骨外膜和骨内膜细胞增生并弥散到断端之间及其周围,形成软骨基质和骨基质,并有钙盐沉积而形成骨痂,再经改建过程,骨小梁按力学结构的方式排列,而使骨折愈合。X线表现为骨折处皮质外出现成层状的骨膜增生和云絮状模糊增白影。随着骨痂逐步吸收,骨化密度增高,愈合过程中的骨痂无清晰的骨结构,骨小梁排列紊乱,经不断的改建逐渐出现正常的骨结构。
