Low molecular weight mannuronic acid, guluronic acid and κ carrageenan were prepared from algin and carrageenan by the acid hydrolysis method, and their weight average molecular weights and the distribution widths of molecular weight were determined by high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC) respectively.
本文以褐藻胶和κ-卡拉胶为原料通过酸水解分别获得了低聚的甘露糖醛酸、古罗糖醛酸和低聚 κ-卡拉胶 ,并采用 HPGPC法测定了这 3种低聚糖的重均分子量。

The contents of Klason lignin and total lignin increased greatly and contents of ash ,sugar and sugar acid decreased in the retentate .
研究结果表明：在 3 种膜中，截留相对分子质量为 10 K 膜的水通量最大，5 K 膜的水通量最小，黑液经超滤处理后，截留液中 Klason 木素、总木素含量增加，灰分、糖及糖醛酸含量有一定程度的降低，酸溶木素含量变化不大。
