肺泡I型上皮细胞


又称:"膜性肺泡细胞",是肺泡上皮中最多的细胞,其形态扁平,细胞核呈扁圆形,略向肺泡腔突出。I型肺泡上皮细胞几乎覆盖着全部肺泡腔,与邻近的毛细血管壁紧密相贴。此处是进行气体交换的基本场所。参见"肺泡"。
