影像学术语。数字减影血管造影(DSA)的基本减影方式之一。在拟行显示的靶血管部位，于注射碘对比剂后分别用略低和略高于碘的K-缘的能量(33keV)曝光，得到的两幅影像，互相作减影处理的成像方式。由于在碘的K-缘处碘的衰减曲线显示一陡峭的顿挫，故K-缘上、下的两种能量曝光得到的影像中，碘和其他结构的衰减特征有较大的差别，从而可用作减影处理的基础。能量减影特别适用于从影像中消除气体和软组织影。
