月经期子宫内膜
在月经周期的第1~4天。此时因黄体萎缩,体内雌、孕激素水平下降,内膜的腺体缩小变性,腺细胞的分泌功能减退。间质的基质降解,水肿消减并有白细胞浸润,内膜的总厚度减少约1/4或更多;螺旋动脉受压缩,血液循环障碍加剧,继而小动脉出现节段性收缩和阵发性痉挛,引起血管壁本身破裂、出血和内膜组织缺血、缺氧、坏死、脱落。
