心脏电复律 electric cardioversion 对心脏通过直流电击使快速异位心律失常转复为窦性心律的方法。其基本设备为置于胸前的两块电极片及除颤器 。除颤时分别将电极置于心前区及胸骨右缘2~3肋间。心脏电复律分非同步及同步两种。前者用于室颤的转复,功率可设在200~400焦耳;后者用于房颤、房扑及室上性或室性心动过速的转复,功率可设在100~200焦耳。外科开胸手术患者除颤时,可将电极直接放在心脏表面进行。 |
