This thesis reports 51 cases of pregnant acute appendicitis, in which there are 40 cases of surgical operation therapy; 2 cases complicated by premature birth after operation; 1 case of stillbirth; 1 case of incision infection and one case of early stage adhesion intestind obstruction, others were discharged from hospital after recovery.
