多胎妊娠的超声所见
多胎系指一次怀两个或两个以上胎儿而言，其中以双胎多见。早期多胎的超声诊断：早在孕7周前后即可查出。一般在孕早期、中期的多胎检出率可接近100%。超声显示增大的子宫腔内有2(多)个胎囊光环，两个胎囊紧靠，但其间有明显间隔，孕8周以后在各个胎囊中可见到胎芽和原始心管的搏动，此时诊断则可成立。孕11周以后可见两个完整胎儿在各自的羊膜囊内，中晚期多胎妊娠超声诊断：孕中期以后，可见两羊膜囊之间的膈膜，表现为一亮带，注意膈膜厚度及层次，以鉴别双卵双胎还是单卵双胎。此外，还要注意双(多)胎中有无联体双胎、畸形，死胎等现象，胎盘的数目，级别，亦是检查的内容。
