禁忌：
出血患者如血友病、毛细血管脆弱症、消化性溃疡、尿路出血、咯血。严重肝功能障碍的患者。白细胞减少的患者。
不良反应：
粒细胞缺乏症，出血，再生障碍性贫血，血小反减少，过敏，胆汁郁滞性黄疸，SGOT及SGPT水平升高，恶心，食欲不振，下痢，头痛，倦怠，心悸。
注意事项： 孕妇及儿童慎用。
