凹陷骨折
depressed fracture

为致伤物直接冲击颅盖骨所致,由间接暴力沿脊柱上传造成枕骨大孔区环形凹陷骨折少见。它占颅盖骨折的1/3,多发于颞部,其次为额部和顶部。骨折的尖端常刺破硬膜和损伤脑实质,造成局限性脑挫裂伤和各种颅内血肿及外伤性癫痫。
