Objective To observe and define the anatomy of the uterosacral ligament with regard to adjacent anatomy,and supply foundmation of the anatomy of the uterosacral ligament for suspension of vaginal wall prolapse and uterus prolapse.
目的观察子宫骶韧带,弄清子宫骶韧带及相邻结构的解剖形态。

Objective: To observe and define the anatomy of the uterosacral ligament,sacrospinous ligament with regard to adjacent anatomy, describe the distances of the major bony,vascular,neurologic to the path of the infracoccygeal sacropexy trocar , supply foundmation of the anatomy of reconstructive pelvic surgery for pelvic organ prolapse.
目的: 观察子宫骶韧带,骶棘韧带,弄清子宫骶韧带,骶棘韧带及相邻结构的解剖形态,测量行经阴道后路悬吊术时套管针穿刺路径与周围主要骨骼、血管、神经之间的距离。

经腹骶韧带悬吊术
经腹骶韧带悬吊术是矫治后位子宫的术式之一，指缩短子宫骶韧带将子宫颈上部向后牵拉使子宫呈前屈位。它常与圆韧带悬吊术同时使用。术中可将两侧骶韧带在子宫颈后上方靠拢缝合，加强子宫的前倾。术中应注意在缝合骶韧带时，应避开输尿管，以防损伤或扭曲输尿管。
