应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品10片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于红霉素 0.25g ），置250ml 量瓶中，加乙醇适量，振摇使依托红霉素溶解，再加乙醇稀释至刻 度，摇匀，静置2小时后，精密量取上清液适量，照依托红霉素项下的方法测定。
