红霉素
erythromycium

   一种抗生素。抗菌谱与青霉素近似,但它对某些阴性菌,如淋球菌、军团菌、流感嗜血杆菌及拟杆菌也有抑制作用。此外,对支原体、衣原体、立克次氏体、螺旋体和阿米巴原虫也有作用。常用于不能注射青霉素的病人。对军团病和支原体肺炎为首选药,尚可用于流感杆菌引起的上呼吸系感染、金黄色葡萄球菌皮肤感染、梅毒及肠阿米巴等。成人口服时应整片吞下。静滴时,先用注射用水10毫升溶解后,再充分稀释后慢滴。注意:肝毒性能引起胆汁郁积和转氨酶升高;过敏反应可致药热和皮疹等;可致听觉障碍;有局部刺激,故不可肌注或直接静注,静滴应充分稀释;可对胃造成刺激,且易为胃酸所分解,故制成肠溶片,小儿不宜嚼碎服,可采用无味红霉素干糖浆或栓剂;可抑制茶碱代谢,而使其发生中毒反应。不得直接用含氯化钠的溶液溶解,否则变为盐酸盐而沉淀。
