副反应少而轻，较常见的有倦睡、口干、乏力、便秘、视力模糊等；偶有心动过速、血压下降或升高、震颤、胃痛、食欲减退、皮疹、体重改变等；也有个别患者白细胞减少、月经紊乱等。
