氟骨症 fluorosis of bone 慢性氟中毒引起的骨质致密及硬化的疾病。与长期饮用高氟水和接触氟化物有关。主要表现为氟斑牙、腰腿痛、关节活动障碍。此病最易累及脊椎及骨盆,引起韧带钙化、骨赘形成及椎管狭窄。氟可干扰胶原蛋白的羟化过程,使尿羟脯氨酸及赖氨酸降低。结合生活史、血及尿氟分析,为早期诊断提供线索。预防以改善水源为主,口服钙剂及铅剂可抑制氟吸收。严重畸形者可手术矫形,神经受压时可行减压手术。 |
