benign esophageal tumor
指发生于食管的组织学上和临床上属于良性的肿瘤。分为三类。第一类为上皮性肿瘤:①鳞状上皮:乳头状瘤、囊肿;②腺上皮:腺瘤、息肉。第二类为非上皮性肿瘤:①肌瘤:平滑肌瘤、纤维肌瘤、脂肪肌瘤、纤维瘤;②血管来源:毛细血管瘤、淋巴管瘤;③中胚叶及其他肿瘤:网状内皮瘤、脂肪瘤、巨细胞瘤、神经纤维瘤、骨软骨瘤。第三类为异位组织:胃黏膜、皮脂腺、色素母细胞、胰腺、甲状腺、颗粒母细胞。最常见的是平滑肌瘤和息肉。
