esophageal cyst
系消化道重复畸形的一种，囊肿壁为食管、胃、肠黏膜，其中充满黏液物质。囊壁内含有功能性胃黏膜时，可分泌胃酸，产生溃疡出血，甚至穿孔至食管、气管、肺或胸腔内。大的囊肿压迫气管、支气管、食管产生呼吸困难及咽下梗阻。多位于右后纵隔，居食管中1/3处。X线检查和食管造影可协助诊断。需与支气管囊肿、心包囊肿鉴别。治疗方法是囊肿切除术。
