中药著作。又名《饮片新参》。王一仁撰于1935年。作者认为要想用药处方,有真知灼见之功,就必须效法神农,亲自尝试药味,方不致为古人所误。于是作者“尽购抗肆所售之药,一一遍尝之。考其形色、性味、功能、分量、用法、禁忌。遇一药之疑难,辄遍查诸书,以明定其是非。药品有异,乃向各家分购以验之。每尝一药,各自净漱齿牙,调整味觉,恐前后药味参错”。参与尝药、编书的还有江绍芬、江声远二人。经一年尝试,编为此书。因所据皆系药肆所购之药材饮片,故以《饮片新参》名书。全书载药700余种,分作平补、清补、温补、辛温、辛凉、清热、通泻、通络、分利、去瘀、重镇、化湿、化痰、理气、消导、止涩、宣通、杀虫18类。每一药名之下列形色、性味、功能、分量、用法、禁忌诸项。其中形色、性味2项,为实际观察尝试所得,每多新见。今有上海千顷堂初版本。
