  指瞳孔的形态异常,或两侧瞳孔的反应异常。正常为圆形,双侧等大,两侧瞳孔的反应是同步的。在青光眼或眼内肿瘤时可呈椭圆形;虹膜粘连时,形状可不规则。引起瞳孔大小改变的因素很多,如年龄、光线的亮度、虹膜炎症、青光眼、颅内病变、中毒、药物影响等。
