| 血证 血液不循常道，上溢于口鼻诸窍，下出于二阴，或渗于肌肤的出血性疾病。根据出血部位不同，临床表现各异而分为：咳血、吐血、衄血、尿血、便血、紫斑。出血的原因，大多与火（实火和虚火）或气（气虚或进而气血两虚）有关。常见证型有肺热、胃热、肝火、心火、阴虚火旺、气血两虚等。临床根据出血量的多少、病势的急缓、体质的强弱采用止血、祛瘀、宁血、补虚4种治法。血证之脉，以细弱和缓为易治，数大弦急为难治。 |
