方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉血栓(MCAO)模型、双侧颈总动脉结扎致脑缺血模型和角叉莱胶加细胞内毒素联合诱导大鼠血瘀证模型,研究牛黄上清丸对实验性脑缺血动物神经体征、脑梗死范围、脑含水量和脑组织中乳酸(LD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)含量及血液流变学指标的影响。
补充资料：瘀血发热
瘀血发热 瘀血发热 病证名。指发热因于瘀血所致。《伤寒全生集·辨内伤瘀血证发热状类伤寒》谓：“凡跌仆损伤，或被人踢打，或物相撞，或致挫闪，一时不觉，过至半日或一二三日而发者有之，十数日或半月一月而发者有之。一般寒热交作，其心胸胁下小腹满痛，按之手不可近者，此有瘀血也。或一时伤重，就发寒热，瘀血上冲，则昏迷不省如死之状，良久复苏，轻则当归导滞汤，重则桃仁承气汤加苏木、红花、牛膝、桔梗、姜汁，量其元气，下瘀血则愈。”《不居集》下集论久病瘀血发热，“热涸其液，则干枯于经络之间，愈干愈热，愈热愈干，而新血皆枯，……补之不可，凉之不可，而立大黄（庶^虫）虫丸。”《血证论·发热》：“瘀血发热者，瘀血在肌肉则翕翕发热，证象白虎，口渴心烦，肢体刺痛，宜当归补血汤，合甲已化土汤加桃仁、红花、柴胡、防风、知母、石膏；血府逐瘀汤亦治之。瘀血在肌腠则寒热往来，以肌腠为半表半里，内阴外阳，互相胜复也。宜小柴胡汤加当归、白芍、丹皮、桃仁、荆芥、红花治之，桃奴散加柴胡、黄芩亦治之。瘀血在府，则血室主之，证见日晡潮热，昼日明了，暮则谵语，以冲为血海，其脉丽于阳明，故有阳明燥热之证，桃仁承气汤治之，小柴胡汤加桃仁、丹皮、白芍亦治之。瘀血在脏，则肝主之，以肝司血故也。证见骨蒸劳热，手足心烧，眼目青黑，手发摧折，世以为难治之证，而不知热血在肝脏使然，宜柴胡清骨散加桃仁、琥珀、干漆、丹皮治之。”又瘀血发热，证见下肢厥冷，少腹拘急，漱水不欲咽，脉涩者，宜用当归承气汤。参见发热条。
